Rush Arias

With over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Rush has worn many hats and deeply understands how non-profits operate across all departments. Armed with a business degree and a passion for mission-driven work, she serves as our Partner and Finance specialist.

Rush is committed to causes, not corporations, focusing on social justice, racial justice, arts education, and environmental justice in her previous work. Her journey spans projects and communities in both Porterville and Los Angeles California. Social and racial justice are not just professional priorities for Rush—they are personal values she follows through community efforts and ongoing education. With a baby boy watching her, she feels a deep responsibility to make a difference and ensure she’s always moving in the right direction. This commitment drives her both as a mother and as a partner to the non-profits she supports. Rush brings expertise in grant management, accounting services, operations support, and administrative oversight, ensuring non-profits can stay focused on their vital missions while she takes care of the operational complexities.

As a volunteer, she helps coordinate woman-run, POC, and queer-focused events in Los Angeles, reinforcing her dedication to empowering marginalized communities. Her previous volunteer work spans substance abuse rehabilitation, park beautification, and event production, showing her dedication to community-driven efforts.

In her free time, Rush enjoys concerts, art shows, and spending time in nature with her son, teaching him to appreciate the world’s beauty and lessons. She’s excited to support future relationships in the fight for justice and is ready to be your partner in making a meaningful impact. You can trust she’s got your back.
